Dashmahavidya

Description

In Tantric worship, the veneration of the *Dashamahavidyas*—the ten manifestations of the Divine Mother (Shakti)—holds great significance.
These ten forms are Kali, Tara, Shodashi (Tripurasundari), Bhuvaneshwari, Chhinnamasta, Bhairavi, Dhumavati, Bagalamukhi, Matangi, and Kamala. Information regarding these *Dashamahavidyas* is found in Tantric texts such as *Tantrasara*, *Shaktapramoda*, and *Shaktisamagama-tantra*.
